七、報名時間及方式：

八、繼續教育積分申請中：公務人員、西醫師、老年醫學、家庭醫學、內科醫學、護理師、專科護理師、物理治療師、職能治療師、營養師、藥師、長期照顧服務人員等(依實際申請學分為主，學分認證依各學會規定辦理)。
九、為配合環保政策，請自備環保杯及餐具，現場不提供一次性紙杯或餐具，建議搭乘大眾運輸交通工具，本研討會『不提供』停車費減免。
十、主辦單位保留變更議程及講者之權利。
十一、本研討會『不提供』上課證明及講義下載，演講內容為講師個人智慧財產權，翻印重製必究。
十二、課程當日如遇天災、颱風等不可抗力之因素影響，則依據行政院人事行政總處公佈天然災害停止辦公及上課情形決定是否停止辦理，並不另行公告，課程延辦之日期將擇日另行公告。
十三、實體課程學員，課程中請全程配戴口罩並禁止飲食。
